Bookkeeper & Payroll controller

Responsibilities  
  • Take part in the day-to-day bookkeeping Monitor & review the day-to-day transactions, maintaining the books up to date, up to balance
  • Accountable for managing the entire payroll process, including preparing the paychecks, employees’ reimbursement, etc. (over 100 employees), ensuring accurate and timely payroll
  • Take part in financial and payroll reporting to governmental authorities, tax authorities, VAT etc.
  • Prepare financial and administrative reports as needed.
  • Credit cards reconciliations
  • AP cycle management incl. approving bills, preparing bank transfers, making monthly reconciliations, and monitoring the process
  • Assist in the annual audit
  • Take part in the consolidated periodical closing process, including cut-off reports, accruals, prepaid expenses, amortization, revaluation, allocations, etc up to a full balance sheet and P&L
  • Assist with reports to the management.
  Requirements:  
  • At least 5 years of experience as a bookkeeper and payroll controller
  • Accountant type 3 or 2 bookkeepers certification
  • Certified Israeli payroll controller
  • Proven experience working with Hilan system – must
  • Proven experience working with Priority system  a major advantage
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, etc
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Team player and service-oriented
  • Ability to respond quickly to changing priorities, and adapt within a fast-paced environment
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and with good ability of time management
