Job description:

  • Provide business partnerships, thought partnerships, and coaching to managers and team leaders of the organization.
  • Proactively assess the team and organizational needs.
  • Design and deliver targeted solutions focusing on growth, talent management, recognition, and team building to support the team’s growth and individual development plans.
  • Responsibility for the entire employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Partner with the HR Functions and recruiting.
  • employee engagement, training, and development needs
  • Support US team needs and HR processes

Required qualifications:

  • BA Degree in a relevant domain
  • MSc Degree - an advantage
  • Minimum 2-3 years as an HRBP or Recruitment Manager
  • Excellent level of English (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Proactive, initiative, can-do attitude, people-oriented
