System and components integration and troubleshooting support in the production line
Work closely with R&D to select components and suppliers suited for production
Write work instructions and train production team on system tests per needs: ATP/EMC/Additional tests (Tests can be performed on-site or in external labs)
Cables and components design and assembly support
Write and maintain documentation such as tester’s instructions, work instructions, etc.
Collaboration with, Quality, NPI, and Manufacturing departments on a daily basis.
Practical Mechanical Engineering Degree – Must
At least 2 years of experience in troubleshooting and repairing electrical components
Good skills in reading and writing electrical schematics
Test equipment knowledge and experience
Read-write in English and capability to read and write validation and test reports
Familiarity with optical systems – Advantage
EMI, EMC knowledge, and experience- Advantage
Medical device or multidisciplinary device manufacturing experience – Advantage
