Talent Acquisition Manager

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our HR team! You will get the chance to lead the recruitment cycle from end to end, and build new methods and processes in the department.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Take ownership of full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to job offers and contracts, through HR interviews and chaperoning the process.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and executive management
  • Use a variety of resources to track and recruit the best talents, while being creative and innovative with new sources
  • Ensure our candidate experience is being held to the highest standards
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with internal and external interfaces Develop and lead other initiatives in the recruitment department, such as referral programs, managers training, etc.
  • Strive for constant learning and improvement by analyzing data and drawing conclusions.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years as a technical recruiter – Must
  • Experience with sourcing and proficiency with LinkedIn and other social media tools – Must
  • Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with candidates and stakeholders
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • English at a high level – speaking and writing
  • Experience conducting behavioral interviews - Advantage
